“ I was here a few weeks ago looking to update my old Nespresso glassware. Although they did not have what I was looking for (mine are no longer available sadly) they did have a great selection of coffee and treats. I ended up buying iced coffee and chocolates, biscuits, and then 2 travel mugs that fit perfectly in my car cupholders. I didn't mean to spend so much time there, but you can purchase a coffee that is so much better than a competitor that everyone uses (hint hint). I got the Pistachio latte - mmmmmm. I have to find the Pistachio part to put in my Nespresso coffee. It was so great. Anyway, thank you to the store for its amazing selection and to the nice gentleman who helped with my purchase. It's more fun shopping in person at Nespresso for sure. ”

“ Well since my Australia and New Zealand trip, I have been visiting this brand too often. Quality/Quantity - Got my daughter a "special" water bottle from Australia that is NOT sold in the US or even on Amazon. I stopped by to see what options they did have. Only one water bottle option. See pictures. Killing time while my daughter was working on her new iPhone at the Apple Store next door. The team offered me coffee samples. I ended up staying for half an hour sampling two different coffees. Way more comfortable than being at the Apple store staring at my daughter's phone and watch while it updates... Almond Croissant - Too light for me. Unforgettable espresso and double espresso - This is more my flavor! Strong, rich, and flavorful. Atmosphere - Very busy small location. It is the holidays. Very organized, and many friendly team members. Service - 6 stars today. Everyone was super friendly. Especially the male barista. Price - N/A, as I was just browsing today. Fully stocked at home. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1986, and to the parent company, Nestle. ”

“ Thankful there's a Nespresso store to buy things versus paying for shipping when I don't need to purchase that much. I came here to purchase some of their limited edition flavors! After putting my name on the list, a lady called my name to help me. She was nice and helped order all the things I had wanted to purchase. She went to the back and my order was in a bag ready for her to give to me. She helped go through the items in the bag with me to make sure I had everything I ordered. (I liked that!) She also put some recycling bags in the bag for me to recycle the pods when I'm done. Before I left, I went to order a white chocolate raspberry latte from their coffee bar. It was soooo good! I would definitely go back and order that! ”

“ wow such a relief walking into here after leaving for 3 hours and coming back from 3 hours in palo alto to be the 10th and 15th in queue to BUY just capsules! it was a 20-30 min wait both instances and just got tired of looking at so many disgusted faces, impatient people and no where to sit! todays experience felt like a breeze as it should! no one wants to spend 30m or more of wanting to BUY JUST capsules! i'll buy more here in walnut creek to save myself any more wasted time spent at palp alto! 5 min to park in walnut creek, 5 min to walk there, 5 min to checkout and 5 min to walk back to parking garage! #timewellspent ”

“ Came by this store because I was in the area. I normally order my coffee through the app so I wanted to see if it was cheaper in store (it's not!) Service was awesome. I forgot the woman's name but she had an accent and was very insightful with helping me choose which coffee I should go with based on my current routine. I appreciated her knowledge and her sharing her personal experiences with each coffee. It's very organized inside. It's like the Apple Store where one person is designated to help you out. ”

“ I enjoyed my visit to the Nespresso Boutique! The store is located in Broadway Plaza by the circular fountain near the Apple Store. It's a big store with all the coffees and all the Nespresso machines to look at and test. They served me a sample of coffee to see if I would like it. When you arrive, scan the QR code and you'll get a text when it's your turn to be helped - a good system! Rihanna helped us and she was knowledgeable, helpful and gave me good recommendations for which coffees to buy. Their system is good - you order and pay and then they bring your purchase out to you. I liked hanging out there and feeling the good coffee vibes.... ”
